• Reservations made by local residents require additional review and approval before confirmation.

• There is ongoing road work in the surrounding area. You may see crews or equipment during the day, but full access to the cabin will remain open at all times. We appreciate your understanding as local improvements are being made.

• No cell service: You will need to use the coordinates provided in the check-in instructions and guidebook to reach the cabin. Map systems may not work due to the recent addition of this road.

• Any request to host a small gathering that exceeds the standard occupancy limit will incur an additional $250 fee.

• All gatherings are subject to prior approval by management and must be disclosed before booking. Please note that visitors are not permitted to stay overnight
