The primary renter is required to sign the Renter's Agreement before checking in. This document comprehensively outlines the rules, policies, and terms governing your stay with us.
Propane Exchanges: We do not directly exchange propane tanks. During business hours, if our team is available, we may be able to assist with an exchange.
Maintenance aside from emergencies will only be able to be tended to during business hours, 8am-5pm.
Reservations made by local residents require additional review and approval before confirmation.
Any request to host a small gathering that exceeds the standard occupancy limit will incur an additional $250 fee.
All gatherings are subject to prior approval by management and must be disclosed before booking. Please note that visitors are not permitted to stay overnight

We had 10 adults - plenty of room! More than we needed but it made it extra comfy. Layout was great! Will definitely stay again!
This was a remarkable modern home in a fantastic area. My only wish is that we had stayed longer! The neighborhood was very walkable and close to many things. Host was responsive on a variety of topics and provided options for things to do in the area. We will be back for sure!
Incredible house for a large group! We were impressed with the house setup, including the kid’s bunk room above the garage. Kitchen was stocked with some spices, rice cooker, smoothie maker, a fancy espresso machine, and a huge pantry to unpack all our groceries for the week. We had plenty of places to sit, inside and out. And the hot tub and fireplace outside, overlooking the pine trees, was a great place to relax after our hikes. The community pool was a fun place to go to swim or just sit by the fireplaces, too. We also enjoyed being just a couple minutes from the Mikkelson trail.
