Welcome to Lake Life! Nestled along the eastern shores of Angostura Lake, this area offers a peaceful lakeside setting surrounded by the natural beauty of the southern Black Hills. The Angostura Recreation Area is a popular destination for swimming, boating, fishing, kayaking, and hiking, with easy access to sandy beaches and designated picnic areas. Wildlife is often spotted in the area, adding to the quiet, nature-focused atmosphere.

• On the first floor is the full bath & laundry. Master bedroom, and guest room. Both are queen. size beds.
• Upstairs you’ll find the loft area with two full size beds. Great for kids to sprawl out and play while adults hang out downstairs for a beverage!

Despite its secluded feel, the property is still within a short drive to downtown Hot Springs, where guests can enjoy local restaurants, shops, and the famous mineral springs. Whether you’re spending the day on the lake or relaxing by the fire, this cottage is the perfect place to enjoy the best of lake life in Hot Springs!

Other things to note

• You can drive your vehicle straight toward the lake and then down to the sandy parking lot by the beach. (drive through the fence with the cattle guard on the ground)

• There in only one shower. We use the outdoor hose to wash off any sand from our feet. It does get windy so be aware of anything that could blow away.

• Golf Cart not available.

• The primary renter isrequired to sign the Renter's Agreement before checking in. This document comprehensively outlines the rules, policies, and terms governing your stay with us. By signing, you acknowledge and commit to adhering to these regulations throughout your stay at our property.

• Reservations made by local residents require additional review and approval before confirmation.

• Any request to host a small gathering that exceeds the standard occupancy limit will incur an additional $250 fee.

• All gatherings are subject to prior approval by management and must be disclosed before booking. Please note that visitors are not permitted to stay overnight
