House was exactly what was expected for the value. No more no less. Amenities are the bare minimum so bring your own soap and shampoo, paper towels, scrubbies for the dishes. Everything else seemed to be there. Neighborhood was good. It was quiet and safe. Better instructions about the driveway located up top away from the house will help the neighbor not having to tell people not to park in her drive. Although she was super nice. Also clearing the sidewalk between garage and house is needed. Even with all this being said overall we were happy . It was fine for us on our trout fishing trip. Beds were comfortable and place was pretty clean.
The host was extremely welcoming and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The Welcome Guide book they created was great and had everything you could think of as far as places to eat, visit, information on the home, etc. The home far exceeded our expectations and on any future returns back to Lead, we will definitely stay here again. The house was extremely clean and felt like home. The back yard and fire pit were fantastic. While our stay took place in early March, this would be a great place to hang out with family and friends in the summer. All in all this was a solid five star stay and would highly recommend!
