• This cabin may have icy or slippery roads in winter, even if maintained. All-wheel drive and winter tires are strongly recommended. For evening check-ins, please be aware that there are no city lights, and roads will be dark. Drive slowly and exercise extra caution when going up the hill.

• This property is on a shallow well, so we kindly ask guests to be mindful of water use throughout the day. To keep the system running smoothly, showers and other water-heavy activities may need to be staggered if usage is high. Thank you for helping us care for the home!

• Cell service in the area can be spotty, but we have Wi-Fi that works well for work, streaming, and staying connected during your stay.

• Maintenance: Non-urgent maintenance issues will be addressed promptly during regular business hours. Available during business hours (8 a.m.–5 p.m.) for non-emergency requests.

• The primary renter is required to sign the Renter's Agreement before checking in. This document comprehensively outlines the rules, policies, and terms governing your stay with us. By signing, you acknowledge and commit to adhering to these regulations throughout your tenure at our property.

• Reservations made by local residents require additional review and approval before confirmation.

• Any request to host a small gathering that exceeds the standard occupancy limit will incur an additional $250 fee.

• All gatherings are subject to prior approval by management and must be disclosed before booking. Please note that visitors are not permitted to stay overnight
