The host refused a refund and stopped responding to messages. It is apparent that the host does not check this property prior to guests. The hot tub (main reason we booked this home) was unuseable due to how disgusting the water was and how low the water level was. The refridgerator filter cap was broken off leading to the fridge flooding anytime the water dispenser was activated. A bed in the basement broke immediately upon lying on it. Missing planks in the deck have been sloppily replaced with 2x4 and not color matched. Beer cans were found tossed over the embankment upon arrival.
