Centrally located, this spacious home offers all the comforts you need for a memorable stay. Upon arrival, you’ll receive a code for easy access through the front door, and we’re always nearby if you need any assistance with check-in.

The first floor features two cozy bedrooms, a welcoming living room, a mudroom, a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs, you’ll find a renovated attic loft with two twin beds, a large workspace, and a travel crib—ideal for getting some quiet time. The basement is off-limits as it’s home to a tenant who has their own private entrance, ensuring your privacy and a peaceful stay. You likely won’t even hear or see them!

The master bedroom has a queen bed and a smart TV, while the second bedroom offers a comfortable double bed. For additional sleeping space, the attic loft has two twin beds, and we also provide a Pack 'n Play for little ones.

Step outside to enjoy a large fenced backyard with a spacious fire pit that can accommodate ten or more guests. The roofed patio offers a charcoal grill and two deck chairs—perfect for a relaxing evening. The backyard is beautifully lit with string lights along the fence, creating a cozy atmosphere.

For added convenience, we provide a dishwasher, dish soap, and cleaning supplies.

Our neighborhood has plenty to offer within walking distance. Walking past the Civic Center, you will find a huge playground, small lake, and beautiful creek (about a 20-minute walk). You could also walk to Main Street Square (about 30 minutes away) to find a fountain for kids to play in, boutiques to browse through, and coffee shops to try out. Just around the corner from our house is a conveniently located gas station for last-minute snacks or items you may need. We also have a laundromat a few blocks away in case you spill some spaghetti on your new blouse!

Our home is in a prime location, within minutes of just about everything! We are less than two minutes from I-90, making most travel a straight shot. We are only 30 minutes from Sturgis, Mount Rushmore, Keystone, and all the Black Hills has to offer!

In terms of shopping, we have Target, Walmart, Sam's Club, Rushmore Mall, Scheels, and many other stores - all less than 5 minutes away by car. We also have the Civic Center, Downtown Rapid City, and plenty of parks and playgrounds - all less than 5 minutes away by car as well! Within that same radius is a lot to eat: Noodles & Co., Chinese food, Mexican food, Texas Roadhouse, Olive Garden, steakhouses, barbecue, fast food, and plenty of local eateries with great reviews! We'll be sure to give you a list of our favorite local restaurants when you stay with us!
