You’ll have the entire property to yourself during your stay. We offer self check-in for your convenience, and we’re always available to support you if you have any questions or need assistance.

Other things to note

• Garage is not accessible to guests. Exceptions may be made for guests with
  motorcycles

• Wood stove is not available for guest use. Firewood is conveniently stacked outside and available for enjoying the outdoor fire pit

• Cell service in the area can be spotty, but we have Wi-Fi that works well for work, streaming, and staying connected during your stay.

• The primary renter is required to sign the Renter's Agreement before checking in. This document comprehensively outlines the rules, policies, and terms governing your stay with us. By signing, you acknowledge and commit to adhering to these regulations throughout your tenure at our property.

• Reservations made by local residents require additional review and approval before confirmation.

• Maintenance: Non-urgent maintenance issues will be addressed promptly during regular business hours.

• Any request to host a small gathering that exceeds the standard occupancy limit will incur an additional $250 fee.

• All gatherings are subject to prior approval by management and must be disclosed before booking. Please note that visitors are not permitted to stay overnight
